Return & Exchange Policy
At Damsel, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering quality products; however, if you face any issues with your order, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for store credit (if applicable).

Return Process
Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery
Share your order number and clear images of the issue
Our team will review and guide you through the process
Once approved, the item must be shipped back as instructed
Refunds
Refunds (if approved) are processed after quality inspection.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the situation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Important Notes
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damsel reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences; this is not considered a defect.
